INTRODUCING THE ELECTRIC STORAGE HEATER GRANT
Reduce your carbon footprint and your heating bill
Heating your home is a necessity, not a luxury, which is why NEIS is working to help the UK to make the most of the latest funding options in order to make your home more comfortable. According to EDF energy, a standard 2kW storage heater can cost just £2.80 a day to run (based on average off-peak rates), with the option to switch to a renewable tariff for even further savings.
Electrical storage radiators work through the night to generate and store heat whilst electricity rates are low. The heat is then ready for release into your home as and when you need it. By converting all electricity used into heat, the system is 100% efficient, does not produce carbon emissions, and could be fully funded under the ECO4 scheme.

DO YOU MEET THE CRITERIA?
The first step to your energy-efficient home
Understanding the technicalities of the various government run energy schemes available may seem a little daunting. However, NEIS is here to guide you every step of the way. We’ve completed hundreds of installations across the region, working to understand our clients’ current circumstances and help them secure relevant funding. An energy-saving grant could be in reach if you:

Are a low-income household
-
Receive certain benefits, including child tax credit
-
Have an old, faulty, or broken storage heater currently installed
-
Have electric heating at the property
